The hybrid system is on and the car can be driven, even if the engine is silent.
What to do
Nothing to do. Switch off fully before leaving the car.

How the manuals describe it
“This indicator illuminates: When the vehicle is ready to be driven. ON: Normal driving is possible. OFF: Normal driving is not possible, or a problem has occurred.”
“The READY to drive indicator light illuminates when the EV (Electric Vehicle) system is powered and the vehicle may be driven. The READY to drive indicator light will turn off in the following conditions.; Certain EV (Electric Vehicle) system malfunctions.; The READY to drive indicator light turns off immediately before the Li-ion battery is completely discharged.”
